TASTING NOTES

Light golden in appearance. Floral and brioche are the most pronounced aromas. Rich but not heavy with great longevity.

FOOD PAIRING

Excellent with Salmon and Asparagus, but has enough oak and body to pair with chicken, grilled vegetables, and strong cheese.

FRIARWOOD SAYS

This Meursault is aged in barrels, with a proportion of 25 to 30% of new oak. The aromas of white flowers mingle with those of fresh butter and dried fruit giving a charming bouquet.
